What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is your Return Policy?

Vacay Bae is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Handbags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners, Undercover Style Helpers.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.


HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Vacay Bae offers several easy return options within the United States!*

1. Happy Returns: Select Happy Returns to drop your return off at a Return Bar (9,000 locations in the USA and growing!) near you. You will be issued a QR Code to present at the Return Bar; you do not need to repackage the return. Your return will be processed at the Return Bar. (PLEASE NOTE: Happy Returns has a maximum 9 items per return limit.)

2. Standard Post: You can purchase a prepaid, trackable shipping label to print and affix to your return package. Drop it off at your local Post Office or Box and we will process it once received at our warehouse! If using the original Vacay Bae packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

Vacay Bae does not offer free returns at this time.

*Please note labels are not currently available for Alaska and Hawaii. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please register your return and you will be given further details on how to complete the return.

What is the shipping policy?

FREE Shipping on orders over $100

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping times are usually 7-10 business days. 

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us straight away so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your confirmation. You can reach us at support@vacaybae.shop

Do you offer exchanges?

Vacay Bae does not offer holds or "automatic" exchanges upon return so you will receive store credit when your return has been processed which you can use to re-order the correct size/color you needed or another item from our amazing range if you see something else you like.

Do you offer refunds?

At this stage refunds are only offered in the case of faulty items. Change of mind returns are issued store credit. If you feel your order qualifies for a refund, please email us at support@vacaybae.shop

Refunds back to credit/debit cards can take 5-7 business days to process and appear in your account again depending on your financial institution. If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first contact your financial institution and request an up to date status on any pending refunds on your account. If there are no pending refunds for your account, please email our Customer Care team to chase up the refund at support@vacaybae.shop

Please note that foreign transaction fees and currency conversion fees incurred during the initial order payment transaction are charged by the respective credit card company or bank institutions and not Vacay Bae hence we cannot refund such fees. You will need to get in contact with your credit card company or bank if you are enquiring about the refund of such fees.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Vacay Bae is exclusively online! This means we can serve customers all across the world but unfortunately we don't have a physical location where you can come and try on garments before buying. Our office and warehouses are closed to the public.
